Types of service
RCM Data offers a full spectrum of service arrangements, and we can customize a plan to
meet your exact requirements. The types of services include:
1. On-site Service Plan with Planned Maintenance
Our certified service engineers provide cost effective, on-site service.
Standard response time is eight hours or next day,
Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST. Typically, after the call has
been placed with our dispatch center, an engineer will call you back within an
hour to review the problem and to establish an estimated time of arrival.
As part of your RCM service agreement we will also perform Planned Maintenance on
your equipment during the service agreement period. On a scheduled basis, an RCM Data
service technician will visit your site, vacuum and clean your printer,
lubricate necessary parts and inspect it.
Service costs are locked in for a year. Your service agreement covers your
printer for 12 months. All parts, labor and travel are included in one figure.

2. Time and Materials
If you want to pay on a per incident basis, time and materials plans are also

3. Service Center in Burr Ridge, IL
You can ship or bring your printer to our Burr Ridge, IL (southeast of
Chicago) office for service. Both service agreement and per-incident help is
