Daily Activities Include:

  • Services existing accounts

  • Develop new business with existing accounts and new accounts

  • Record account information in company database

  • Submit quotes by referring to price lists and product literature

  • Recommend solutions to customer challenges

  • Perform territory management and meet monthly quota as set by management

  • Understand the needs and business requirements of your assigned accounts

  • Maintain an in-depth expertise on RCM products and programs

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Good listening, verbal and written skills

  • A strong bend for customer service

  • Organized

  • Drive, determination and self-confidence

  • Multi-tasking

  • Record of achieving difficult goals

  • Passion for learning

  • Desire to make an impact

  • Proficient computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

  • Strong interpersonal, time management and self-motivational skills
