General Rebate Terms and Conditions
Xerox Corporation ("Xerox") will mail the rebate check
directly to the end-user customer (Rebates for public sector sales are
processed as discounts through the Xerox reseller at the time of
purchase). Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of rebate check. This is a
limited time offer; offer valid only while supplies last. Void where
prohibited or restricted by law. Rebates on leased products are
conditional upon complete performance of all lease conditions. Rebates
are not combinable with special product pricing or any other rebate
offer (one rebate for each device purchased), unless otherwise specified
in writing. Limit of 20 rebates per product per rebate period, unless
otherwise specified in writing. Only purchases by U.S. end-user
customers with a valid U.S. mailing address are eligible; Xerox
resellers, agents, dealers, distributors and retailers are not eligible.
All rebate claims are subject to Xerox final review and approval.
End-user customer should keep copies of all rebate submission documents;
all documents submitted to Xerox become the property of Xerox and will
not be returned. Xerox retains the right to request additional
information when processing a rebate submission request. Xerox is not
responsible for lost, late, missing, or illegible rebate submissions,
misdirected or misaddressed submissions, or for postage due submissions.
Only the actual purchaser of the qualifying product may submit a rebate
claim. If the end-user customer fails to meet any of the rebate terms
and conditions, no rebate will be issued. All rebates will be paid in
U.S. Dollars. In order to accept the rebate, end-user customer must cash
or deposit the rebate check no later than the date stated on the check.
Applicable tax, if any, is the sole responsibility of the end-user
customer. Additional rebate terms apply; see additional rebate
conditions for the device purchased. Products purchased on auction sites
are customarily Used Products; any product eligible for rebate purchased
on auction sites by end user customers are eligible for a 50% rebate
amount only. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to
time; end-user customer must acknowledge and accept the current terms
and conditions at the time a rebate claim is submitted.
