Manufactured, Factory Produced New Model or Remanufactured; which have
been produced to a Xerox pre-determined standard and may contain both
new components and recycled components that are reconditioned.

General Rebate Terms and Conditions
Xerox Corporation ("Xerox") will mail the rebate check
directly to the end-user customer (Rebates for public sector sales are
processed as discounts through the Xerox reseller at the time of
purchase). Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of rebate check. This is a
limited time offer; offer valid only while supplies last. Void where
prohibited or restricted by law. Rebates on leased products are
conditional upon complete performance of all lease conditions. Rebates
are not combinable with special product pricing or any other rebate
offer (one rebate for each device purchased), unless otherwise specified
in writing. Limit of 20 rebates per product per rebate period, unless
otherwise specified in writing. Only purchases by U.S. end-user
customers with a valid U.S. mailing address are eligible; Xerox
resellers, agents, dealers, distributors and retailers are not eligible.
All rebate claims are subject to Xerox final review and approval.
End-user customer should keep copies of all rebate submission documents;
all documents submitted to Xerox become the property of Xerox and will
not be returned. Xerox retains the right to request additional
information when processing a rebate submission request. Xerox is not
responsible for lost, late, missing, or illegible rebate submissions,
misdirected or misaddressed submissions, or for postage due submissions.
Only the actual purchaser of the qualifying product may submit a rebate
claim. If the end-user customer fails to meet any of the rebate terms
and conditions, no rebate will be issued. All rebates will be paid in
U.S. Dollars. In order to accept the rebate, end-user customer must cash
or deposit the rebate check no later than the date stated on the check.
Applicable tax, if any, is the sole responsibility of the end-user
customer. Additional rebate terms apply; see additional rebate
conditions for the device purchased. Products purchased on auction sites
are customarily Used Products; any product eligible for rebate purchased
on auction sites by end user customers are eligible for a 50% rebate
amount only. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to
time; end-user customer must acknowledge and accept the current terms
and conditions at the time a rebate claim is submitted.
More Xerox rebate important terms and
conditions

Instant Rebate Conditions:
Instant rebates are available for U.S. end-user customers who purchase a
new eligible product/model during the promotion period from the Xerox
Direct online store or from a participating Xerox authorized channel
partner. See www.xerox.com/office/rebate for list of eligible
products/models, rebate amount and effective dates of the promotion
period.
Customers who purchase an eligible product from Xerox Direct will
receive the applicable instant rebate which will be reflected in the
final purchase price. Participating Xerox authorized channel partners
may provide end-user customers who purchase an eligible product with up
to the applicable instant rebate amount at the time of sale. No instant
rebates are available for remanufactured or demonstration products.

Back-end Rebate Conditions:
Back-end rebates are available for U.S. end-user customers who purchase
a new eligible product/model during the promotion period from a
participating Xerox authorized channel partner or from the Xerox Direct
online store. See www.xerox.com/office/rebate for list of eligible
products/models, back-end rebate amount, offer code, effective dates of
the promotion period and claim by date. Unless otherwise provided,
transactions directly with Xerox (e.g. Xerox Purchase, Lease or Rental
Agreement) are excluded because the pricing for such transactions
typically includes the rebate amount.
End-user customers must submit a rebate request online at:
www.xerox.com/offer/claim by entering their end-user customer contact
information, offer code, purchase information (purchased from, purchase
date), and eligible product/model and configuration. End-user customers
must print the submission fax cover sheet that is generated by the
online rebate submission tool and fax the completed online rebate claim
submission fax coversheet, device startup page and a copy of the
purchase invoice to the fax number indicated on the fax coversheet no
later than claim by date for the promotion. Limit of 20 back-end rebates
per product per rebate period, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Unless otherwise stated, Xerox factory remanufactured devices and
demonstration devices are eligible for 50% of the rebate amount for a
new device. See below for additional terms and conditions.
Trade-Up Rebate Conditions:
Trade-Up rebates are available for U.S. end-user customers who purchase
a new eligible product/model during the promotion period from a
participating Xerox authorized channel partner. See www.xerox.com/office/rebate
for a list of eligible products/models, back-end rebate amount, eligible
trade-in products, offer code, effective dates of trade-up promotion
period and claim by date. Unless otherwise stated, transactions directly
with Xerox (e.g. Xerox Purchase, Lease or Rental Agreement) or the Xerox
Direct online store are excluded from the trade-up program).
End-user customers must submit a rebate request online at:

information, offer code, purchase information (purchased from, purchase
date), eligible new product/model and configuration, and eligible
trade-in product. End-user customers must print the submission fax cover
