Lexmark Rebate Rules & Exclusions
» Limit one rebate for each printer purchase
(subject to a maximum of five rebates, even if more than five printers
purchased) per name/family/business/address.
» No substitutions are valid.
» Offer valid to end-users only.
» Lexmark reserves the right to nullify any request which cannot be
substantiated.
» Offer is not valid if in conjunction with any other rebate or offer
related to this Lexmark printer, Lexmark funded reseller employee
promotion or internal Lexmark purchases.
» Please allow 8 weeks for the processing of your Lexmark rebate check.
» The offer may not be published in any refunding magazine or elsewhere
without written permission.
» In order to accept the offer, you must cash or deposit your check no
later than the date on the check.
» Lexmark is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or missing
rebate submissions or checks.
» Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
» Offer is valid in the USA only.
» Additional promotion specific terms and conditions may apply
| How to
Submit a Rebate For your
convenience, Lexmark rebate forms are available from the
retailer where you purchased your Lexmark product.
To submit your rebate:
- Submit a completed rebate form.
- Submit a copy of the complete
cash register receipt, invoice or packing slip
indicating the date of purchase, name of retailer,
and model number.
- Submit the entire original
proof-of-purchase seal located on the side panel of
the printer box. The proof-of-purchase is an
approximately 4 x 6 inch white label containing
several bar codes showing the part number, serial
number, supplier code and description. The entire 4
x 6 inch label must be cut from the side of the box
and submitted with your rebate request. Without the
correct original proof-of-purchase, rebates requests
will not be honored. Photocopies of the proof of
purchase are not accepted.
- Keep a copy of your entire rebate
submission for your records.
- Mail all materials to the P.O.
Box indicated on the rebate form.
